I'm knee-deep into restoring my Admiral 24A12 and I need some parts. Maybe some of my other sets are similar? So, I take a look at some of my other Admiral sets. Now, I've got my caps and it's time to put them to use. Here are a few pointers on putting them to good use. These types of capacitors don't contain PCBs so no need to worry. It's old oil filled caps that you need to avoid. Like the big caps on AC motors. Here's a great guide on the subject: www.environment.gov.au
